Rules & Regulations
- Dress code –
- Day 1 : Indian Ethnic (Cultural Representation)

- English will be the official language used in the summit, in all documents and debates the English must be used
- General Power of the Committee Staff: The Chair has total control of the procedure of the meeting and any motion, the Chair is responsible for directing the flow of debate, grant the right to speak, ask questions, announce decisions, rule on points of order, and enforce adherence to these rules, decision of the chair is the final decision
- Quorum: It’s the minimum quantity of delegates that are needed to start the conference.
- Courtesy and Delegate Conduct: Every Delegate must be respectful and courteous with Conference members. If someone is being disrespectful, the Chairs must be contacted to take the appropriate action. Summit will have zero tolerance for slandering, disparaging, or any other disrespectful act.
- Absence: If a delegate doesn’t appear during the Conference, it won’t be receiving the certifications and awards.
- Use of AI during the debate is prohibited .
- Treat everyone with the highest level of courtesy and respect at all times
- Respect academic integrity; plagiarism will not be tolerated
- Disruption of committee sessions or causing problems in the school facilities will not be tolerated
- Remain in character by consistently advocating the interests of your assigned country.
- Display respect for the opinions and ideas of fellow delegates even if there is a conflict of interest.
- Delegates may bring phones, cameras, laptops, and other devices to assist them during the conference. However, it is recommended to have these devices fully charged due to the limited availability of charging points.
- Wi-Fi and personal hotspots must remain turned off during committee sessions unless explicitly permitted by the Executive Board.
- All communication on official conference social media groups must be formal and respectful. The use of discriminatory language, hate speech, or any offensive remarks is not allowed.
